here's a shot with beautiful definition on both the model and the frame. the frame was place to put the attention on the tatooed part of the model, the arms and the upper legs. the floral motifs of the frame seems to match the tattoes so the eyes move from the frame to the model. i would have some reserve about the ropes that hold the frame, it looks crude, unrefined but could be a match for the roughness of the tattoes. now about the frame masking half the face of the model. it might be the artist message of a society judging women on their look, so the nudity and tattoes framed, but still in my opinion is a mistake, the ropes already occulting some parts of her face. the artist was face with a challenge, find a smaller frame or move the frame lower to reveal the face then lose a part of the shoulders. basically in that situation he chose the better option. great job!
